Summary: This paper provides a baseline assessment of the social, economic and environmental structure of the community within the Tatiara District Council (DC) area. This was the first of a series of papers prepared as part of a broader project to develop a community action plan to enable landholders, business and the community to adjust to change in social, economic and environmental circumstances resulting from changes in natural resource condition.
