Summary: This report assessed the regional economic impact in 2007/08 of a range of low river flow scenarios for the River Murray below Lock 1 and the Lakes Alexandrina and Albert. The analysis was undertaken for the following water-dependent industries: irrigated agriculture (i.e. winegrapes, citrus, other tree crops, vegetables and dairy); livestock production (i.e. sheep and beef); commercial fishing; and tourism.
