Summary: This is a review of the use of MLA beef marketing levy since 1 January 2006, with particular reference to the additional $1.50 received from this date. The review examined the impact on income streams for industry and MLA since the $1.50 increase and whether the additional beef marketing levy generated net benefits to the industry.
